I am interested in buying a car wash. The asking price is 84k and i have a problrm finding a lender to do this deal since it is under 250k. Do anyone know where i can get a loan? i have a 680 credit score.

I do not have any info on the cash flow of the business it is bank owned. They also lowered the asking price to 59k.
How a property/business debt services or cash flows is a necessary component of commercial underwriting—if the bank won’t share this info, you don’t have a deal you can finance through conventional programs (or for that matter, evaluate or consider).

Commercial Property is new to me, so if you can tell me what i need to do to get this deal done i will do. You can broker the deal i dont have a preference i just want the property and to get this deal done asap.
