I am aware of a church with a gym that is being for sale for around 400k. In it’s current condition the tax record have it around 1.1 million. It does need some rehab. It is located in Dallas Tx.
I am looking from an investor/partner to fund the entire transaction (from providing earnest money, to holding period as we are trying to sell/ lease it & everything in between). I am also looking for an creative investor that can help possibly change the church into something other then a church which might help it sell/lease better.
Profit will be shared 50/50 with the possiblity of more profit depending on how involved the investor/partner is.
