Anybody out there attended their training? I had some questions amount some of their material.
I am trying to get a hold of their “Claude’s Mastering Paperwork and Land Trust Training Course.” I have been very impressed by their information and am trying to complete my understanding of the paperwork they discuss.

Been there - done that! In my opinion it wasn’t training, it was a 3-day long outdated info seminar with a $25K upsell at the end. I left there scratching my head looking at my notes, saying to myself what had happened. There are other up to date courses out there on short sales “NOT” involving land trusts. LT’s are quickly becoming an instrument of the past when regarding short sales…GOODLUCK!

I learned alot from their material back in the day as a noob but nowadays, their info is beyond dated and stale.
