My question is, I took a bunch of pictures and I am thinking about putting them on my website. My question is there are some pics that are a little rough. Should I not show them on the site while I am finding a potential buyer.
What benefit would posting rough pictures targeted at investors do? I would rather post the homes positive particulars and leave the investors with some solid comparables.
You can post before/during/after pictures as long as the site is for additional financing or to show your expertise. If the site is for the end buyer, you may just want to show the after pictures and how good of a job you do.
Decide what the pictures are for and then post accordingly. It could be cool to start a Flickr album.
