Im having some issues figuring out how to fill out the end (retail) buyers contract on a pending short sale. What do they put for closing date? What about mortgage information and applying for loan? and any other dates in the contract …

Also, are people still doing simultaneous closings? (given you have a willing attorney).

As far as simultaneous closings, I suggest you ask people at your REI Club to recommend a Title company that does these.

As far as a contract is concerned, are you talking your contract offer? This is what I usually do: I find out the SS processing timeframe of the lender & I add 30 days to it.
