Filling out a netsheet for a shortsale

I"m working on filling out a net sheet for a short sale. I haven’t done an apprasial, inspection, closing etc. But the net sheet ask me for the cost of these activities. HOw do i go upon filling out the form if i don’t know what the cost is going to be.

If you are not friends with a title company yet, find one, and get friendly.

A closing attorney can answer those questions with a quick call.

However, maybe this will help.

Appraisal: $400 (single family)
Inspection: $300 (single family)
Closing cost: 1/2-1% (if all cash about 3% if financed)
