Fillable Contract Form

I don’t know if this topic is covered or not, but does anyone how to get hold of a fillable PDF of real estate contract ? Form 20-7, ONE TO FOUR FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT (RESALE) Texas. It would be neat to use Acrobat to fill in contracts and make it appear clean. Thanks.

You would have to have a read write version of adobe to do that. I think it would be a great idea if there was one available or a multiple of other forms. My hand writting is bad.

I do have the read write version of adobe, execpt the form 20-7 for texas is not fillable, some others are. If I figure out a solution I’ll post here.

What does the read / write version of adobe cost these days?

Thats a good idea. I have access to full version of Acrobat. I will see if I can get it this weekend and will see if I can figure out how to make it fillable. I’m in Texas, so I will do the TREC contract if I can.

email me your pdf and tell what you want it to look like. I’ll try to work on that after tax time. it might be handy for others, as well.

i could be wrong but i think that in order to do anything other than print the trec contract, you have to “buy” zip forms, in order to do that you must be a member of an mls, i.e. Realtor organization.

As an alternative, either write a program that asks you for the information to be filled in, load the preprinted TREC form in the printer’s feed, and print. Or just create a text file (e.g., MS-Word), update the values, load the preprinted TREC form, and print.

EZ-Forms TREC is a software that allows TREC forms to be filled easily and printed, cost $49.95 for single user, but their forms do not look updated. Next is Zipforms as wendy suggested. Also people who have Adobe read/write version can use the text tool and type entires, not as convinent as a fill in form.
