I have filed for chapter 7 what right's do I have on how long am I allowed to live In my home even after I filed ? / Also am I allowed to sell my home even after I have filed chapter 7 ?

I forgot to add that your state may have some kind of homestead that will allow you to keep your home. You will have to continue to pay the mortgage.
