I have a client who needs to file for bankruptcy and
I wanted to know if an individual can file for bankruptcy oppossed to an attorney or Bankruptcy company?
I have some software for filing for Bankruptcy but wanted to make sure I take the right steps to file successfully.
I love a good challenge but is this to big of a challenge for me to even bother with or should I send her to an attorney? :rolleyes
She needs to file in order to stop her house from being auctioned off in Feb.
We are located in Ohio and not sure if there are certain laws to need to be followed?
