FHA 221(d)(4) apartment rehab loan

I am purchasing a 10 unit apartment and interested in getting a FHA 221(d)(4) multifamily rehab loan. Has anyone obtained one of these loans? If so, any information about the loan and contact info would be appreciated. The property is in Washington state.

Look around on this board for Patti Porter or EZLoanz. They are both very knowledgable on FHA rehab loans.
