I’m currently looking at a deal where a gentleman owes $127k with the govt. and had a federal lien filed on Dec. 22 2006.
Anyone that can shed some insight on Federal Liens and once filed, can the property they own be sold to an investor to pay off the lien or is it tied up with the govt.
Any additional information would be great.
