Have you considered a FAQ’s section so the EXP players in here dont have to answer the same questions everyday for us Newbies?
Bootcamps? Reccommended readings? Licenses? etc…

Good point. The favorite is how do I get started with no money and no credit and no experience. I even had a guy with no car wanting to get started as a birddog for me once. Pretty hard to find deals from a bus window.

I noticed… I admit Ive asked it too.
Just a few ideas for the MODs from a newbie.
Polls/sticky(s) on Courses, bootcamps, favorite books, Current EXP of members, Rentals vs Flipping, etc…
It not only would clean up the forum but give the Newbie a place to look and learn without taking away from the conversations.
