Have any of you guys had any experience with fairgrounds. I know of an investor who is selling his right down the road for 20 mil. He makes 1mil profit from just the two weeks that the fair is in town. During the rest of the year he keeps it up and holds many other events. I need to meet with him and determine the cashflow.
