Hi Everyone,
Can someone chime in on this, please? I want to know whether rooms with exposed brick are colder/hotter because of the brick…
What should I look out for when evaluating a property?
Anyone have experience with it?
Thanks.

It shouldn’t matter… Unless the brick wall gets lots of sun light during the day… If this is the case the brick can absorb the radiant heat and give it off during the afternoon and night. You would need A LOT of sunlight on this wall for it to be a factor.
Realnew I may be late in sharing this info but the very first thing to look at is that the structure of the brick and it’s foundation are solid. Other than that a brick wall is fine but may be hard to sell do to it’s astetically challenging nature.
Hope this helps. :biggrin
