starting july 25th i will be pursuing preforeclosures full time. in the past i would pass on short sales. i’m looking to add these to my toolbelt as well.
i’d like to team up with an experienced short sale investor (hopefully working in nj so any need for in person meetings would be easy). the intent is to bring deals to the investor and learn the ins and outs of short sales during the process)
