Most of the hml’s I have looked at said you need REI experience before they loan you the money. I don’t have any, this would be my first deal. Where do you turn when you have no experience?
This is as bad as trying to getting a new car with no credit!
I asked this same question and someone replied to me with DHLC. I looked up their website dhlc.com. and it looks good
I am new as well and have not yet made my first purchase however , I have been in contact with lender at www.anchorloans.com who has been very helpful and flexible
