Where would I look for a good real-estate attorney that practices his/her trade in the State of Georgia, he/she should have a good knowledge of lease/straight option agreements.

For Atalanta, Dyches Boddiford is a name that always come up when I ask my GE colleagues. I don’t know him personally, but he comes highly regarded from the people I do. If he can’t help you, he should be able to direct you to someone who can. Since you don’t know me at all, I would vet the name against people you trust to verify my information. Another good name for GE is Howard Spiva. He is in the Savannah area and has contacts statewide.
