Does anyone have a better exit straegy for Sub 2 deals than Lease Options?

I’ve heard that land contracts are the next thing but you would have to get more option money upfront. Not too familiar with them, its just what I’ve read. Maybe someone more experience can elaborate more. Good luck

Owner financing and selling the note

wholesaling

you can also assign the deal to another investor if you want to get out quik, faster than a hurry.
