where in the court house do you go to fine eviction notices and probate leads and what all do i need to collect besides address and names is there other things on the legal docs that help in the end to have

yes i actually was at the court house yesterday picking up the list of lis pendons and ask clerk of courts and treasures office and county clerk they tell me i can use the computer to look up names but that there is no real way to look up just evictions in the computer…so any thoughts

Just ask them how to use the computer to pull up the most recent eviction records.

thats the problem according to them you can you have to know name of the person in eviction to pull it up
