Anyone ever gotten lucky enough to do one of these and if so how did the deal go thru from start to finish. I was walking in a really nice suburb near mine and wondered if I’m missing these just because the numbers are “too big”.

We see it all the time on the Property Ladder 
I tend to stay in the lower-priced single family homes, but my husband keeps pushing me to do exactly what you are looking at. These would not be to hold though (which I currently do), the rental income would never justify the numbers. I look very forward to the replies to this post.

I just got a reply from another source who stated their property had too much white - it was sparkling - so they gave it some color and flipped it for over 100k. Contact me and I’ll try and find the URL for that info.
