I ask this question because I am a Private Investigator in Vancouver, WA. Seems to me that people in my field would be perfect for this. In fact, I have a regular client who is a Real Estate Investor. Research is key, walking the streets, talking with people, do online research, skip tracing/locating. A Private Investigator does all of these things. I’ve done lots of research and I have access to non-public data bases to find current contact information. I’ve done Skip Tracing and family locating. Mind you I’ve never done bird dog work but it sounds like it’s not much different than any other kind of Investigation.
Thoughts?
