Hi Everyone,

Any one here ever use brookview Finacial before? what was the experiance like good or bad?

I haven’t, however, I have dealt with a company…Tomlinson Financial and they are a pretty good company. :slight_smile:

Brookview Financial is a good construction lender. They do, however, have an upfront fee, something like $395 if I remember… Are you in need of construction or rehab lending?
