I am interested in knowing if anyone uses or knows of a current book or software program that can help me with ballparking repair costs for my wholesale buyers. Most of what I have found is way too complex for what I am searching for. I’ve been told by another investor to go to Home Depot and ask questions; however, my time is very limited right now (I will do that when I can though).
I’d like to find some general guidelines for Southern California costs and type in a price range on my inspection sheet. Anyway, any feedback is welcomed.
PS - I found that “Property Shark” is a decent comp service.
