escrow company that close sub-to deals in so-cal

hi everyone, does any body know an escrow title company that close subject-to deal in so-cal.
I got a deal under contract and really needed help.thanks

Did you call any in your location? I would think that most of them could do it. I would expect that most if not all would be able to do it barring anything illegal.
