DO YOU HAVE ACCES TO HOUSES EQUITY ON A LEASE TO OWN
We need more information. What type of lease to own? What is your position in the deal? Are you the owner of the property? An investor in the middle of a sandwich lease? The tenant/buyer? Etc.
I’m the buyer
If you’re the buyer or, more accurately, the tenant/buyer, then you do not have access to the equity in the property. Title doesn’t transfer until you exercise your option to purchase. Therefore, the seller/optionor still retains ownership and all benefits therein.
