I went to a real estate seminar last week and was introduced to this company that will refinance your property, use the equity to purchase an investment for you and manage it. You practically do very little in terms of its day to day operation. The name is Equinaire. Is any one familiar with this company and its operation? The seminar speaker/owner of the company sounded very convincing.
