Hello Everyone,
What are your thoughts on environmental banking or investing in land in general. I’ve just began researching environmental banking which is essentially purchasing a piece of land and converting it so that it would be beneficial to our environment. You get a certain number of credits for your property and developers need to purchase these credits for them to get the permission to “ruin” the environment with their development. I wanted to find out if anyone here had heard or had experience in this field. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks.
