How do find end buyers?
It depends on your area and what type of property you are trying to sell. Are you trying to wholesale to an investor? If so, you can call the “I buy houses” ads or signs in your area. Sometimes sites like craigslist.org and backpage.com can als work for you.
What type of property are you trying to sell and in what area?
I am trying to sell wholesales in nc and have sent letters to investors , or I think investors like we buy houses but no response. Thanks I know frustration too :cool
I would encourage you to make calls rather than send letters. You get a faster response with the investor. Build your network of investors up so that when you do have a property with all the numbers needed, you can shoot out an email to them to get a bite. Sheila
