End Buyer Financing

Any short sale investors had success with lining up financing for the end buyer? I am looking for a lender to write a mortgage for my end buyer that will not have issues with me as the investor holding title for 2 hours. Licensed in GA would help tremendously. Profit on the deal is within the 25% IRS guideline.



A conventional lender who does not have seasoning requirements.

I am looking for the names of banks that others have used with success in the last month or so, or a mortgage broker you had success in closing the short sale in the last month.

Try Wells Fargo or TD Bank we have closed with both of them in the past 6 months. I will see if I call pull some files to see if there were any other nationwide lenders that we have worked with lately.
