I’m working a short sale that EMC is first and second. My question to anyone who’s worked with them what LTV % from the BPO did they settle at?


there is no magic LTV number that any lender has. Each property is different and has different situations surrounding it so each negotiation will be a different as well. There are a lot of factors OTHER than the BPO that can change the banks position on what to do with property. A better bet for you would be to post the numbers of the project here for some of the veteran negotiators can take a look at them. I’m pretty confident you’ll get some good replies as to what kind of offer would give you the best chance of success.
