Electronic Signatures on MLS contract

guys, i have been a lot of this lately

  1. I see a house on MLS listing

  2. I call my realtor and setup an appoint to go see the house

  3. I make an offer and let my realtor know how much i want to pay

  4. The realtor prepares a contract, emails me the document

  5. I print , initial , sign , scan the document and email it back

If i don’t get the house, above steps repeat for another property

My question is if there is way to do steps 4 and 5 smartly, meaning my realtor emails me a PDF version where i can electronically initial each page and do an e-signature on the last page and email the document back.

I cannot believe anybody has not thought about that already or if my realtor is old school

What do you guys think?

My real estate agen has been using this. http://www.docusign.com/

MLS data is legal validity to an electronic signature as a signature in pen and ink . You must enter into your own contract with a selected e-sign vendor that among other things .

Me too. Last place I bought I was in Panama City sitting on the balcony signing the document.

That’s what I’m talking about!!
