Has anyone had any luck selling a property on ebay? $300 to list for 90 days.
I wouldn’t bother, you can probably get a lot more exposure in your local market for $300 using other methods. I also think Ebay real estate has picked up a certain stigma about it lately and some less than trustworthy people ruined it for others.
My experiance is alot of dreamers.
Some people bid and then when they win its some excuse. Oh well my husband changed his mind. or some crazy crap like. Only makes me want to say well why have you been watchin and bidding for the past week on it. Then im out of $200 waste of time. But In some cases I have seen and know someone who is doing really well with selling land/homes he buys at tax sales.
