Some of my friends and me are retired real agent brokers. The real estate industry was not as organized as it is now some years back. We all wonder what we can do to use our client contacts and start earning again, as this business does not offer any pension. Old clients keep calling us for references of agents. Any ideas for retired agents like us?
Sure you can set up a referral program with agents and investors to earn a marketing fee to bring buyers and seller to either investors or real estate agents.
Referrals… All the contacts you have and your referral network is worth $$$! I love folks like you that can put me in touch with people to help me with my deals and that is definitely a service worth paying for. Good luck!
