Can anyone here tell me if they have ever worked with Curtis W. Anderson in Las Vegas, NV?
I am putting together a deal in Southern NJ and Curtis is offering to finance it. Since everything is being done remotely, I am trying to get as much independent information on him as possible.

Don't give your private information or social security number to some ad you found online without verifying they are a legitimate business / broker doing hard / private / conventional financing.
Get Curtis W. Andersons address and Google the information to verify their information! Check better business bureau to find information! Get references from previous borrowers and get other closed loan info, verify it!
Otherwise this might be a phishing scheme to try to steal your identity!
