  • Can I visit inside the properties before the auction? How can I identify how much repair needs to be done?
  • How do I find out whether there is any remaining Tax lien on those properties or any outstanding taxes (property taxes, etc) that I would need to pay if I win the auction?
  • How do I find out whether the place has a parking or not?
  • Is there a specific amount to pay the bank like a mortgage?
  • Are those houses owned by the bank? Or by the county?
  • Is it true that AFTER the sale, the previous owner can claim his property back if he pays the sale price plus a premium? If so, for how long?
