Hi, I was thinking about purchasing Dr. Phil Speers’ program because it reasonable and he says things no one else has said. Has anyone here every bought his program and if so was it any help?
If Dr Speer is saying new stuff, you should watchout. There is nothing new in real estate in 200 years. You fing a property assess its value versus the purchase price, if it is a good deal you buy it. You fix it up and sell it, or rent it for positive cash flow. I recommend finding people in you area doing it and hang out with them. They will rub off on you.
