We will offer the units for sale as condos and lease what is not sold. Based on our conservative estimate, we should have a $2,000,000 profit before taxes.

We are offering a membership in the LLC that will develop the property at $20,000 per membership. Each membership of $20,000 is worth a 1% ownership.
