Down payment on investment home financing ?

Do you have to put down 20% if you are buying an investment home (to flip) and you are getting your loan from a traditional bank? Is this the standard rate?

Each bank will have its own program. You have to call around and find out what different banks want for a down payment on a NOO loan.
