Have anyone done a double closing in Alabama as pertaining to REO deals or know someone who has or who may be processing them (title company) etc? Thanks in advance any info would be greatly appreciated.
Remember if you can’t find a way to do double closings there are plenty of other options that will typically save you both headaches and money.
