Would anyone share what process they use for door knocking, any possible scripts or training modules similar to Dan doran? I have a couple hot leads and would like to hire a “researcher” to investigate or have myself door knock some of these possible deals. I am new to real estate and would like to get some advice. I usually stand around 18 inches from the door, extend my right arm at a comfortable angle, and rap sharply on the door three or four times with the knuckle of my middle finger.
