Doing 2 deals a month???

This is a hypothetical. What kind of marketing effort would it take to be able to do 2 deals a month

It may not take much if your marketing message is compelling and targeting the right people. It also depends on your investing strategy and negotiation skills.

How much is it costing you to find a single deal and in how long of a period? based on that you can see if doubling that effort would double the results, or if there is something else wrong in your marketing.

I find most investors throw an ad in the paper and wait for response.

I think it all depends on your time & situation. Can you afford to market & sit back & let the deals come to you? If not, then you have to go find the deals, with a combination of marketing, phone calls, personal visits, etc.

Granted, it’s a hypothetical question, but could you narrow it down some? What kind of market are you in and what do you consider a “deal” etc. Is it a wholesale deal, rehab or??? Everything is relative.
