Thinking of Assigning Contract for under 10,000
Do any of you experienced investors think this is something investors would be willing to consider??? ???
At first glance it sounds great to an investor, buy for $620K and put a few grand in for carpet and sell for $700K. If you look at the costs associated with closing costs, points, commissions, holding costs then this starts looking like a bad deal. If you can flip to someone that wants to live there and own it you may find it easier to make your $10K.
Thanks alot for the input. We would still like to hear more ideas on how we could possibly make this work, even if we ask for less of an assignment fee or if we were to have it carpeted ourselves.
