So I keep reading, seeing, and hearing stories of people getting burned now due to the market going down (atleast here in California)…
A simple question…
Does land follow the same cycle?
As with anything else it is based on supply and demand.
Land is kind of worse, in the sense that it doesnt produce any income while you are sitting on it.
