Is this a booming area?

I have seen a lot of new houses along with what looks like a wells fargo going in and another bank also. I think these are work/live lofts. Looks like it may be a great investment opportunity.

There are a number of groups working on revitalization projects on both 11th and 12th Streets from I35 to Poquito, both public and private. More info here -
