Does anyone know experienced tax adviser in Atlanta area?
(business structure and tax planning: retail, trading options, real estate).

This guy came and spoke at our REIA meeting last month and is very highly regarded by a lot of investors. He has a pretty dry sense of humor but is extremely knowledgable about the tax code and how it applies to real estate. We already have a CPA, but I would certainly call him if we didnt. I have no clue about his prices or service levels. Here you go:
