any tips for a guy that only work 4 deals per month? other than the nile is more than a river in egypt?
I tell them there options, and only a few might make the right decision.
But i do get 15 calls per week from direct mail… Any tips, to convert those calls to leads?

Thanks for the reply. I have way to much undirected energy and I really need to focus on one area for a while. I was doing the NOD"s for a while but there are just so many investors going after the obvious it is hard to compete. I am working on a pretty cool website right now and I am hoping I can drive some of the deals stuck in probate to the site to open that door without seeming heartless. Do you know of any real professional looking websites that I might be able to grab some ideas from?
