I think you’ll need to be more specific.
A letter that protects you from the homeowner (so they don’t sue you!) maybe has lingo like “no guarantees” or homeowner doesn’t hold accountable you the investor for any wrong doings? a “cover your ass” letter, that protects you as the investor trying to neg a SS

You may want to have them checked our by your attorney but they are very comprehensive.
