Hello everyone,
the other day I noticed a banner on this page for an evaluation tool called Zilculator.com. Does anyone here has an experience with the paid membership? I have used the free version and I love it so far, but it allows only 2 properties to be analyzed and compared at the same time.
Or do you use some other tool for analysis and property reports?

I have been using RealYields.com for almost 2 years, but their site shut down in December. I checked also RentalSoftware.com, but didn’t like the quality and rather got the $99 refunded. In January I signed up with Zilculator.com and I am using the paid membership and have analyzed dozen of properties there already. I like how the site works. The reports look professional with our logo in the header and it’s cheaper than RentalSoftware or other paid analysis tools.
