Wasn’t sure whether or not to make this a poll. I was wondering if those with more experience pay bird dogs for both seller leads and buyer leads, or not.
I am writing the cash rewards section of my website and want to know if I can offer rewards/referral fees for both buyers and sellers leads.
Also, what if any marketing material do you provide the bird dogs?
Careful with the whole bird dog thing… Paying someone for a lead may get you or them in trouble… It perfectly fine to pay someone for “ALL” leads however illegal to pay for “Performing” leads…
There are easy ways around it so just be cautious…

I’d steer clear of the entire ‘bird dog’ program until you fully understand the business.
Last thing you want is a forceful letter from the state asking you to stop what you are doing.
