Do you normally get “bigger” properties with foreclosures ? 4-6 units ? or is it more just single family homes ? If you are interested in large multi family properties, say 5-10 units would you have to consider the mls services ?

Any property, whether its a single family home or your local strip club can go into foreclsoure. They end up on the lists like everybody else.
